1. Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Prova Tech, Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Products & Pricing
All prices listed on our website or order forms are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include/exclude taxes as indicated. We reserve the right to adjust prices, descriptions, and availability without prior notice.
Ordering & Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and selected courier. Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and product images remain the exclusive property of Prova Tech, Inc. and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Return Policy
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Upon receipt and inspection, you may opt for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges permitted within 7 days of delivery for size, color, or model changes (if available).
If the requested item is out of stock, we can issue a store credit or refund instead.
Customer pays shipping fees for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed; you may use the Return Policy instead.
